- Yes, we can. APIs are available, and it can also be used as a development platform for companies requiring system integration or app development.
- Can I migrate data from other systems?
- Yes, you can. If handled by us, we will provide you a quotation based on the data migration details. You can do it by yourself.
- Can you help define requirements during implementation?
- Yes, it is possible. If we handle it, we will provide a quote based on the specifics.

- After confirming payment, the service can be used as early as the next business day.
- Do you provide support for initial setup and templates for recruitment or staffing?
- Yes, we provide free templates for recruitment and staffing. We also support environment configuration during implementation.

- What features are available?
- It offers centralized management of job openings, applicants, and staff, as well as handling the entire workflow from recommendations to final decisions on the system. Additionally, KPI visualization, email features, and report templates are provided.
- Can screen layouts and item names be customized to suit our business?
- Yes, you can easily customize item names, add or delete options, and add or delete fields to suit your business.
- Can the system scale if we expand after implementation?
- Yes, with Porters, you can freely add user IDs and department master data.
- Does upgrading to new versions incur additional costs?
- No, there are no additional costs. All customer environments are upgraded as part of the monthly fee.
Language Support
- What languages are supported?
- Currently, Japanese and English are supported. Languages can be switched per user, allowing a single company to use the system in multiple languages.
Security
- Can you block access from outside a specific location?
- Yes, it is possible. By registering fixed IP addresses, access from other locations can be blocked.
- Can I control what features each user role has access to?
- Yes, you can. Access to functions can be controlled for each user ID.
About Contracts and Payment Methods
- Does automatic billing start after the free trial period ends?
- No, automatic billing does not start. Billing is based on the application form you submit.
- What are the payment methods?
- Payment is made in advance. For the first payment, you must complete a bank transfer by the business hours of the financial institution on the day before the service starts. Subsequently, an invoice will be sent in PDF format at the beginning of each month. Payment is due by the end of the month. Annual payments and term licenses are also available.
About the Usage Environment
- Is server setup required?
- No, it is not required. Our company handles all application operations and management, so the only requirement on the customer's side is an internet connection.
- What are the recommended browsers?
- Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are supported. Access is possible from other browsers, but functionality is not guaranteed.
- Can I use the system from outside the office?
- Yes, it is possible.
- Can it be used overseas?
- Yes, it is possible. However, internet performance in the country of stay may affect usage. We recommend testing connection speeds in a free trial environment beforehand.
