Chasseur Pro Executive Consultant Limited was established in 2016 as an executive recruitment firm focused on Hong Kong’s banking and finance sector. Our coverage spans frontline sales, mid-office, and back-office roles across consumer banking, commercial banking, and private banking. The company started as a one-person operation and had since grown into a sales team of over 10 consultants. We have doubled in size compared to the previous year, reflecting both the strong demand in our market and the operational foundation we have built.
Before PORTERS, we managed our candidate database using Excel spreadsheets. As the team expanded and data volume grew, this approach quickly became unsustainable. The integrated WhatsApp function has had a major impact. WhatsApp is the primary communication tool in Hong Kong, and having it built directly into the platform has made candidate outreach significantly more efficient. Our consultants can reach candidates without switching between applications, which saves time and keeps the workflow smooth. The KPI reporting and dashboard functions have also been very valuable. We use them to monitor consultant activity, such as the number of new candidate profiles added and applications submitted. These metrics serve as benchmarks for the team and are especially helpful when training new joiners.
Application volume has increased by over 20% year-over-year since we began using the platform. More importantly, our candidate matching accuracy has improved considerably, resulting in a 50% growth in the rate of sourced candidates who go on to receive job offers. We have also seen significant time savings in the sourcing process. Our goal is to expand operations beyond Hong Kong into other APAC countries. As the company grows, we expect PORTERS to continue playing a central role in our recruitment infrastructure. On the feature side, we would welcome further development in internal staff management, such as an integrated annual leave application system, improved mobile app functionality, and calendar integration. Our hope is for PORTERS to evolve into an even more comprehensive tool that covers both recruitment and broader HR management needs.
